I have done my PhD thesis on numerical astrophysics, development of efficient algorithms in order to resolve equations of Navier-Stokes, hydromagnetics and radiative transfer. This work is sponsored by Collaborative Research Center SFB 382 and is done at Institut für Astronomie und Astrophysik, Abt. theoretische Astrophysik und computational Physics.
This work is based on POOMA r2 (now FreePOOMA) which is currently hosted at Savannah and originally emerged from ACL/LANL. My work on FreePOOMA is documented here.
